Software Solutions for Sensory analysis and Consumer Tests
FIZZ is born from a fact: in the eighties, there was no tool available allowing the management of sensory analysis, a growing but demanding new field, based on the statistical computation of the sensory properties of the products.
Biosystèmes' team, composed of specialists in food technology and software, then launched the development of a powerful tool able to collect and analyze sensory data while providing simple means to realize the long, tedious and various tasks encountered at each phase of the sensory analysis.
This gave birth to the first version of FIZZ in 1988. Since then, new versions were launched regularly, taking in account new user needs and the technological and scientific advances.
