Products and samples

The database in FIZZ has been defined to store also the information concerning the evaluated samples. During the session preparation, you may enter for example:
  • The product to which the sample is related.
  • The production date, time, and location.
  • The storage conditions.
  • The preparation method or the variation in the production process.
  • ...
The products may be grouped by family, type, category... according to your needs.
All the information entered allows later to use queries in order to find out for example in which sessions you have evaluated samples belonging to a given product or a category of products, the samples from a given production site, the corresponding answers...
