The beginning of our collaboration

Our user license is defined for a maximum efficiency of your team. It allows:

• using one master computer for the data collection, 
• installing the software on additional workstations on the same site to the tests and compute the results.

Our service is defined for an efficient start with your software license:

• two days on site to install the software and train your team, with a program adapted to your needs,
• six months hot-line and upgrades.

Your activity with FIZZ

We propose our optional maintenance contract that guarantees:

• full access to our support service,
• all software upgrades without additional costs.

In addition, various training programmes are planned regularly:

• basic training for new member of staff,
• advanced training on precise themes.  

Specific training sessions can be organised on-site too.
