FIZZ Forms allows creating freely all types of questionnaires.
The screens presented here are only a few examples showing the variety of the possible combinations; they are not always representative of a normalized practice of sensory analysis.
The questions could be distributed over several pages, but we have reduced the questionnaires to obtain more compact examples. They can be in any language.
Some questionnaires shown have been filled out by a panelist to see how the answering has to be done.
